Treasurer Nalburn Whittaker   NE USA CHAPTER of ST CATHERINE HIGH PAST STUDENTS Hello everyone, It is with a sense of pride that I write to advise you that we have officially re-launched the North East chapter of the St. Catherine High School Alumni Association. We are now a not-for-profit corporation incorporated in the state of New York and our official name is "St. Catherine High School Alumni Association North East, Inc." Members of the interim board of directors met on Saturday, March 15, 2008 in the Bronx to ratify the corporate resolutions , review, amend and adopt the by laws. While not all members of the interim board were present, we had a quorum and were able to conduct business. Details of that meeting will become available on the website shortly. This organization is a work in progress that we hope to build in a short time period.
